CITIZEN BILL: On vacation

The Takoma Voice is in vacation mode for two weeks. Here is a collection of Citizen Bill cartoons on the subjects of vacation and summer spanning over two decades.

Some of the cartoons in this selection are featured in the Citizen Bill cartoon exhibit at the Takoma Park Community Center, 7500 Maple Ave., Takoma Park, MD. Part of the Stylized Notions art show put together by the city’s We Are Takoma program, the Citizen Bill exhibit is display through September 4.

The Citizen Bill exhibit is in the Dempsey Gallery, just off the front entrance lobby (opposite the city council auditorium). Admission is free. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 3 a.m. Sunday.
